Q: Do you do live auctions?

A: Yes, we offer live auction services.

Q: How do you bid online?

A: We use Hibid - you can sign-up through their website and place bids on any items. Go to Red Rock Auctions - Hibid . At the top, you will see Login/New Bidder - click this and click Register Here. You will fill out your name, email address, and other information. It will also ask for a credit card verification as well.

We have the ability to ship to you or if you are local, you can pick up your items you won on the designated checkout times.

Q: How do I bid?

A: For online auctions, you will need to sign up through Hibid website. We can help you walk through the steps for this. Reach out if you have questions!

For live auctions, we will have a cashier who will register you and give you a number.

Q: How do I pay?

A: We take cash, credit/debit cards, check or can charge the card on file if you would like.

Q: What happens if I can't make it to a scheduled pick-up time?

A: Reach out to us to discuss options BEFORE the auction closes, if something comes up, just let us know and we will work with you.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Yes, we combine shipping. If you need a shipping quote, reach out before the auction closes.

Q: How do I know if I won something?

A: After the auction is over, we will send out invoices. You can also check your items you bid on via the three bars at the top of the Hibid page and clicking on bids. This will show you if you are winning or have been outbid on the items.
